Please note, before
downloading an EXE file, Windows sometimes presents two options:
What would you like to do with this file?
1. Run this program from its current location or
2. Save this program to disk.
Always select the second option. First, save the program file to
your local computer drive, then double-click on the downloaded file on
your local computer drive to launch the installation program.
If you select the first option and
try to install the program from the website, errors occur during the
installation and the program will not run correctly.

| MotelMax®
- Series 400 (v4.41a) updated 14-March-2010. This
evaluation version of MotelMax can be installed in the same folder
as a registered version of MotelMax Series 400. If you are a
registered user of MotelMax Series 400, this new version is
automatically registered at start-up.
Web reservation users will need
v4.28a or later in order to access web reservation data.
If you are a registered user of
MotelMax Series 300, you need a new registration code for Series
