MotelMax Pro - Call Track

Call Track is an optional add-on program that interfaces with your telephone PBX.

• Calls are downloaded from the PBX to your PC via the PC serial port.
• MotelMax Pro parses each call and separates the call date, time, duration and extension.
• MotelMax Pro then calculates a call cost based on your custom call rate tables.
• Calls are then transferred to guest folios as itemized charges.
• MotelMax Pro includes a simple graphical setup and testing method to configure Call Track and test your phone rate tables.

Call Track does not require any special hardware.  It offers complete control of pricing so you can update call rates as you choose without additional tech support.
