Folio Grid
The folio grid provides a second more
familiar view of reservations and folios - the standard table or grid. Any
function can be performed from the grid including: adding, editing and
cancelling a reservation. Also, you can check-in or check-out a guest
folio.
Click any column header to change the grid
display order.
In the key column, "Re" denotes a
reservation. Some cells are framed in red to alert the operator to review
the reservation note.
The status column is color coded. Yellow
is for reservations where the check-in date has passed.
Green marks today's arrivals. Press F4 to
check-in this guest.
Blue is for future arrivals and the number tells how
many days until the arrival date.
There are many other available options.
Work your way across the top menu bar to review the different options.
